Common Questions

Yes. We take on third-party systems after a paid baseline audit (typically ₹8,000–15,000 one-time fee). The audit lets us document the system thoroughly so we can support it effectively. We've inherited Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, and custom-built systems from other integrators.
Bronze covers Mon–Sat 9am–6pm. Outside those hours, emergency support is available as a pay-per-incident service at ₹3,500/hour (remote) or ₹7,500/hour (on-site) plus travel. If you find yourself using emergency support frequently, upgrading to Silver or Gold will almost certainly save money.
Typically 5–10 working days. We need to complete the baseline system audit and documentation before the AMC goes live. If you have an urgent situation and need immediate cover, we can arrange interim emergency support while the audit is completed.
AMC plans cover the engineering labour for fault diagnosis and repair. Spare parts are charged separately at cost price plus a 10% handling fee. Gold plan clients benefit from a buffer stock of common consumable spares (fuses, HMI touch screens, I/O modules) held by MordeTech, reducing lead times for critical replacements.
A MordeTech engineer will be physically on-site at your plant within 4 hours of you raising a P1 (production-stopped) emergency ticket — for plants within our standard service zone (Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur belt). For plants outside this zone, we'll discuss the SLA during contracting. The 4-hour clock starts when you call or WhatsApp us, not when we finish diagnosing remotely.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We pro-rate the remaining contract value and apply it to the new plan. Downgrades are possible at annual renewal. We recommend starting with Silver and evaluating after 6 months — most clients find the quarterly visits alone justify the cost difference over Bronze.
