All projects include a 12-month warranty covering defect rectification at no charge. Beyond warranty, we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with a 4-hour SLA for critical production-impacting issues — remote diagnosis guaranteed within 4 hours, on-site dispatch within 24 hours.
