Yes! While we specialize in Siemens TIA Portal, we also work with Allen Bradley (Studio 5000), Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Omron PLCs. Most of our IIoT and dashboard solutions are hardware-agnostic.
How long does a typical project take? +
It depends on scope. A single PLC program retrofit typically takes 4–8 weeks. A full smart factory deployment with SCADA, AI vision, and IIoT can take 3–9 months. We always provide a detailed project schedule upfront.
Do you offer on-site support outside Pune? +
Yes, we travel across India and internationally for on-site commissioning, FAT/SAT, and emergency support. We've delivered projects in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and internationally in Germany and UAE.
What's included in your AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)? +
Our AMC includes 24/7 remote monitoring, quarterly on-site visits, unlimited remote support calls, software updates, spare parts advice, and a dedicated account engineer. Response time SLA is 4 hours for remote and 48 hours for on-site.
Can you integrate AI/ML into our existing production line? +
Absolutely. Our AI systems are designed to integrate non-disruptively into existing lines. We can add a camera + edge computing unit to an existing conveyor or assembly station without stopping production, and interface the AI output directly to your existing PLC logic.
Do you provide training for our operators and engineers? +
Yes, training is always included in our full project deliveries. We conduct hands-on operator training, engineer-level TIA Portal/SCADA training, and provide detailed as-built documentation, P&ID, and system manuals.
Who owns the source code and IP after project delivery? +
You do — completely. All source code, PLC programs, SCADA screens, AI models, and design documents are fully transferred to you upon final payment. There are no recurring licence fees or lock-in clauses. We also provide structured project archives so your in-house team can maintain the system independently.
How do you protect our confidential process data? +
We sign a mutual NDA before any technical discussions begin. All project data is handled under strict confidentiality: no sharing with third parties, encrypted file transfers, and access limited to engineers assigned to your project. We are happy to sign your company's NDA template if preferred.
What post-deployment support do you offer? +
All projects include a 12-month warranty covering defect rectification at no charge. Beyond warranty, we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with a 4-hour SLA for critical production-impacting issues — remote diagnosis guaranteed within 4 hours, on-site dispatch within 24 hours. Quarterly health-check visits and software updates are included in AMC plans.
