Siddheshwar Morde started MordeTech Solutions in 2012 with a simple but powerful mission: to make world-class industrial automation accessible to Indian manufacturers — not just the large corporations, but the mid-size factories that form the backbone of India's industrial economy.
Having worked on the shop floor as a controls engineer, Siddheshwar understood firsthand the gap between what automation technology could deliver and what most manufacturers were actually experiencing. He saw PLCs programmed in the 1990s still running critical production lines. He saw operators making decisions without real data. He saw AI and machine vision as distant aspirations rather than practical tools.
